Maria-Fernanda Delgado  is a real estate executive with over 15 years of sales experience, marketing and negotiation skills.. This background includes leadership in investments with a solid knowledge of strategic processes, profitability and cost analysis, investor relations, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.  She started her real estate career in 2002.

Prior to founding Hestia Realtors, María was affiliated with KW Commercial Division a Division of Keller Williams Capital Properties and Tysons Corner,  Long & Foster Annandale Residential, Long & Foster Commercial Division and Potomac Commercial Properties.

  María also held positions with the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and the Telecommunications Satellite Organization (INTELSAT)  in Washington, D.C plus she served a tenure in Rome, Italy as Field Support Officer for UN-Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
